Shipping Policy

We ship on regular business days (Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays). If you place an order on Friday after 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), or on Saturday or Sunday, the order will be shipped the following Monday.

Refund/Return Policy

Refunds will be issued to customers who did not receive their orders and choose a refund instead of reshipment. If, for any reason, packages do not reach our customers, or should customers be dissatisfied with their orders, a reshipment OR refund of the order will be issued. Unfortunately, we are prevented by FDA regulations from accepting returned medication.
