How does the online consultation work?

Where is my order?

All our orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday) only. We do not ship on national holidays. When you place an order after 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched the following Monday. Can I return the medication I ordered for a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returned prescription medications due to Federal Law. Please contact our customer support if you are not satisfied with the product you ordered.

Why do the generic pills I received look different than what I am used to?

The pills you order from us will look a bit different than their brand name equivalents. Our drugs do not look the same as brand name products, even though they have the same active ingredient and work in exactly the same way. In addition, the same brand name pill may look different if manufactured in a different country. For example, Celexa 20MG is a peach-colored pill in the US, yet the Canadian pill is white and a little bit smaller than its US counterpart. Both pills are Celexa 20MG, both have the same active ingredient, and both are made by the same company.

Are the brand medications on this site identical to those available in my local pharmacy?

All brand name medications offered by meds-shop-drugstore.com are identical to those you would buy in your local pharmacy. Our prices are significantly lower though, since we cut out all overhead.
